Sinch Operations Pty Ltd “Sinch” (ABN 66 637 126 697) provides a Cashflow Smoothing service for businesses which includes the provision of credit by us, Instalments made by you and the processing of your Eligible Business Expenses. In delivering the Sinch service (the Service), we have partnered with Gobbill Australia Pty Ltd (“Gobbill”), ABN 16622 628666 for direct debit and Invoice payment processing.

THE FINANCIAL SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Sinch is a participant in a licensed settlement facility.
Gobbill is authorised to:
- Provide general financial product advice for non-cash payment product
- Issue, apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of non-cash payment products
REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFITS
- We charge a fee for our Service which is referred to as our Service Fee. The Sinch Service Fee is a fixed percentage that is applied to the Total Annual Expenses being smoothed during the course of each annual Cashflow Smoothing Plan. This percentage amount is available on our website.
- The Service Fee might also change depending on your specific business circumstances.
- From time to time, non-monetary additional incentive payments may apply
- If a customer is referred to us, we may pay the referrer a success fee
CONFLICT OF INTERESTS
There are no identified conflicts of interest.
INSURANCE
We have professional indemnity insurance in place which covers us for any errors or mistakes relating to our Service. This insurance meets the requirements of the Corporations Act.
PRIVACY
We appreciate that your privacy is important to you and we will manage your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
We are committed to helping resolve any complaints or disputes with our customers. If you have a complaint about the services provided, you should notify us by email at [email protected].
Whilst every endeavor will be made to resolve the matter promptly and impartially. Your Cashflow Smoothing Agreement outlines our complaints handling process. If after following and complying with the complaints handling process as stipulated in your Cashflow Smoothing agreement, you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you can elect to refer the matter, free of charge, to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) quoting membership number 33296.
